Job Description

Dermax Medical Center LLC is seeking an experienced Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Executive to manage online patient acquisition across aesthetic, dental and healthcare services.

The successful candidate must have practical experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation and conversion tracking.

This role is focused on measurable business results rather than only social media posting.

Responsibilities

* Create and manage Google Ads campaigns

* Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager

* Generate qualified leads

* Optimise Google Maps / Google Business Profile

* Support SEO and local search

* Manage website and landing-page lead funnels

* Set up and maintain GA4, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

* Track marketing leads through WhatsApp and reception

* Measure bookings, arrivals and conversions

* Report marketing-generated revenue

* Optimise Cost Per Lead and ROAS

* Coordinate social media and video content

* Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience

* Google Ads experience

* Meta Ads Manager experience

* Lead generation experience

* GA4 and conversion tracking knowledge

* SEO / Local SEO understanding

* Good written and spoken English

* UAE healthcare experience preferred

* Ability to work on-site in Dubai

Preferred Experience

Previous marketing experience with:

* Aesthetic clinics

* Dental clinics

* Medical centres

* Healthcare businesses

* Wellness businesses
