Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new sales leads through inside sales.

• Identify prospects and develop new business opportunities.

• Handle client communication, requirements, follow-ups, and relationships.

• Coordinate with SEO, SMM, Content, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams.

• Convert client requirements into clear briefs for the digital teams.

• Support upselling, cross-selling, and client retention.

• Track leads, conversions, and business growth.

• Report sales and client performance to management.
