Digital IC Design Engineer

1. Participate in defining chip design specifications.
2. Lead chip architecture definition and system-level design.
3. Define module specifications and design guidelines.
4. Execute SoC integration design with simulation/verification.
5. Manage RTL/netlist release with quality assurance.
6. Support FPGA prototyping and silicon bring-up.
7. Assist ATE engineers in test planning.
8. Document ASIC development deliverables.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Integrated Circuits, Microelectronics, Electronics, Communications, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in ASIC design with a track record of successful tape-outs.
3. Experience in audio/video processing or CPU-related design is a strong plus.
4. Strong teamwork, communication, learning agility, and analytical problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with China- and Taiwan-based colleagues is an advantage.
