We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Digital Implementation Co-ordinator to coordinate & implement a new Direct to Consumer (DTC) digital operating model.   Working with the DTC Project Lead, the project plan will require you to liaise across several technology providers & stakeholders to deliver systems and process for a more streamlined and automated DTC operation.

This is a fixed term, implementation focussed contract and there may be scope for ongoing engagement once the new systems are operational.

About the role

The Direct to Consumer Digital Implementation Coordinator will coordinate and implement Château Tanunda's new DTC digital operating model, working to an agreed implementation plan and roadmap set by the DTC project lead. Working across Shopify, Wine Club Software, Klaviyo, customer data and connected systems, the role is responsible for the practical implementation, testing and troubleshooting of the systems and processes required to support a more streamlined and automated DTC operation. The role reports to the DTC Project Lead and works closely with internal stakeholders and external technology providers to execute implementation activities, resolve issues, and ensure the business is confident and capable of operating the new digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of the new DTC operating model, to the plan and priorities set by the project lead
• Manage implementation activities across Shopify, Shopify POS, Wine Club Software, Klaviyo and connected platforms
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, testing and stakeholder requirements
• Identify implementation gaps and raise them with the project lead for resolution, coordinating agreed solutions with internal teams and external providers
• Ensure systems are configured accurately and aligned with commercial requirements agreed by the project lead
• Develop and document processes to support ongoing DTC operations
• Coordinate Shopify implementation and configuration across products, packs, pricing, promotions, subscriptions and online merchandising
• Test the online customer journey from product discovery through to checkout and fulfilment
• Coordinate the implementation and configuration of Klaviyo/CRM functionality, to segments and lifecycle flows agreed with the project lead
• Develop clear documentation for key DTC systems and processes and train relevant team members in the new systems and processes

About you

• Experience with comparable club/subscription or DTC commerce systems (VinCreative, Commerce7, WineDirect, or similar) is valued
• Ability to coordinate implementation activities across multiple platforms and systems
• Strong testing and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology providers
• Capability to develop clear documentation and train team members
• Self-motivated with a strong “can-do” attitude
