About the role

Responsible for managing and supporting Network, Server, Storage systems and related IT equipment. Provide support for basic application systems, antivirus systems, internet service systems for customers, and create databases to collect asset information for Server, Network, and Access Point departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Network, Server, Storage systems and related IT equipment
• Support basic application systems, antivirus systems, and internet service systems for customers
• Create and maintain databases to collect asset information for Server, Network, and Access Point departments
• Analyze network systems and CCTV systems
• Install CCTV systems
• Manage internet usage logs
• Manage network from central administration (Active Directory)
• Manage remote control systems (VPN)
• Manage external intrusion prevention systems (Firewall)
• Maintain Data Center and AWS infrastructure

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT Network experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system service
• Understanding of computer systems, network systems, and server systems
• Ability to analyze network systems and CCTV systems
• Basic knowledge of System Administrator on Windows/Linux Server
• AWS knowledge (EC2, S3, IAM) considered an advantage
• Skills in Server and Network maintenance
• Knowledge of Data Center systems
• Knowledge of Cyber Security systems
• Knowledge of MS-Server and Linux operating systems (System Administrator)
• Service-oriented mindset and customer focus
• Ability to handle challenges and adapt to change
