Digital Innovations Lead

About the role

The Digital & Innovation Lead is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing digital solutions and innovation initiatives that improve customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes. The role owns the business direction, roadmap, and evolution of assigned digital products, develops innovation concepts and business cases, and collaborates closely with IT, Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Transformation, and other teams to transform opportunities into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business direction, roadmap, lifecycle, and performance of assigned digital products and platforms
• Define product vision, priorities, requirements, and expected customer and business outcomes
• Serve as the business owner for digital products under the Business Excellence Group
• Monitor product adoption, utilization, customer value, and overall product performance
• Drive continuous enhancement of digital products based on customer feedback, data insights, and evolving business needs
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery
• Identify business challenges and customer pain points that can be addressed through technology and innovation
• Build, manage, and prioritize a pipeline of digital and innovation opportunities
• Develop innovation concepts, prototypes, and business cases to support investment decisions
• Define adoption metrics, success indicators, and value realization measures for digital solutions

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Product Management, Innovation Management, or a related field
• At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, or Technology-enabled Change Initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing digital products throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and development to adoption and continuous improvement
• Experience building business cases and translating business or customer problems into digital solutions
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks, innovation methodologies, and digital delivery approaches
• Experience working across business and technology teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making capabilities
• Above average communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile or Scrum, Design Thinking, or Project Management Professional (PMP) are an advantage
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, Microfinance, or Digital Platforms is highly desirable
