Digital Insights & Analytics

Job Responsibility

• Consolidate and analyze performance data across digital channels (social, campaigns, website, EDM, KOL, social commerce) to track against KPIs
• Own monthly performance reporting and convert it into actionable recommendations for Digital, Brand and e-Commerce
• Build and run a regular cross-functional insight-sharing session that drives real planning decisions, not just report distribution
• Analyze campaign and always-on performance, and recommend budget allocation/optimization direction
• Own social listening and surface consumer sentiment signals that inform planning
• Contribute social commerce / TikTok funnel insight; identifying where upper- and mid-funnel activity is or isn't converting
• Partner with agencies to validate reported numbers and ensure data accuracy
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that drives decisions

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving workflows; proactive and adaptable
• Able to partner with agencies to validate reported numbers and ensure data accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional presentation
