At Hempel we have business in mind and people at heart. We always work together to influence our road ahead. We want you to be part of our growth journey and of a great, global family.
Are you ready to take on a role as part of our Integrations Team in driving the design and development of digital solutions?
Then join Hempel’s Digital Integrations Team in Pune, India to bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that digital initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver value.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, governing, and guiding the implementation of integrations within the Hempel Integration Layer (HIL) - our Enterprise Integration Service Architecture built on Microsoft Azure Integration Services.

Review solution designs and code implementations to ensure architectural compliance and technical quality.

Analyse existing integrations and identify opportunities for optimisation, simplification and modernisation.

Support integration testing, deployment planning, production readiness and operational handover.

Produce and maintain high-quality architectural documentation and technical guidance.

Stay up to date with Azure Integration Services and emerging integration technologies, sharing knowledge across the team.

We are looking for a passionate candidate with great communication skills:
You are a proactive and technically strong Integration Architect who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
