Job Description – Digital Large Format Coordinator (Male)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Large Format Coordinator with strong experience in B2B sales, business development, and large-format printing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, coordinating with production teams, managing quotations, and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales in the large-format printing and signage industry.
• Promote and sell large-format products, including vehicle branding, car wrapping, vinyl stickers, wall graphics, acrylic products, and advertising materials.
• Coordinate with the Digital Large Format Production team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Coordinate estimates, quotations, and pricing with the relevant teams.
• Manage communication and coordination with suppliers and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend product improvements.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present suitable solutions, and generate sales.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, market research, and business development records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B outdoor sales within the Dubai market.
• Proven experience in large-format printing, signage, acrylic products, advertising, or event-related sales.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• A valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
