Digital Lead Generation Executive

4Fox Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in generating high-quality digital leads through Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, lead generation campaigns, and conversion optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing lead generation campaigns to generate qualified prospects, improve lead quality, and support the company's business development and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram).
• Generate high-quality leads through Instant Lead Forms, landing pages, website forms, and other digital lead acquisition methods.
• Research and define target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, locations, and business requirements.
• Develop effective campaign strategies, ad sets, audience segments, and retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and increase conversion potential.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, copy, videos, and campaign assets.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion events wherever applicable.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Track lead quality and feedback from the sales team to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure spending aligns with lead generation targets.
• Maintain proper lead tracking and reporting through spreadsheets, CRM systems, or other relevant tools.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, platform changes, new campaign features, and lead generation trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital lead generation, preferably through Meta Ads.
• Strong practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
• Proven understanding of lead generation campaigns and paid social advertising.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with lead forms, landing pages, tracking tools, and CRM systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work toward defined lead generation targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience generating leads for B2B services, D2C businesses, e-commerce, or digital marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and automated lead distribution systems.
• Understanding of lead qualification, funnel optimization, and sales conversion processes.
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating campaign results, lead volume, CPL, and lead quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
