Digital Learning & Training Coordinator

Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract  
📍 Colombo, Sri Lanka

We are looking for two (2) Digital Learning & Training Coordinators who are eager to build engaging digital learning experiences and help transform classroom-based training into accessible, self-paced online learning.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with digital tools, multimedia content, e-learning platforms, and training programs. You will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard learning technologies while contributing to a large-scale learning transformation initiative.

What You'll Do

Digital Learning & Content Creation

• Convert existing training materials into interactive e-learning modules.

• Create digital learning content using Articulate 360 and multimedia tools.

• Design and edit graphics, visuals, videos, and learning assets.

• Upload and manage learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

• Support website updates and online learning resources.

• Explore new technologies and AI tools to enhance learning experiences.

Training Coordination & Support

• Coordinate training schedules, participant communication, and logistics.

• Support trainers with learning materials and documentation.

• Assist with onboarding and orientation learning activities.

• Help learners navigate digital learning platforms and resources.

• Facilitate training sessions when required.

Content Localization

• Review and adapt learning content for local audiences.

• Support Sinhala or Tamil language learning materials.

• Help ensure learning content remains clear, engaging, and relevant.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

• Experience or exposure to digital learning, training coordination, content development, multimedia design, LMS administration, or similar work.

• Basic to intermediate experience using Articulate 360.

• Experience using at least some Adobe Creative Suite applications such as:  Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro

• Strong computer and digital skills.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Fluency in either Sinhala or Tamil (will hire 1 person for each language)

• Ability to work with English-language software and learning resources.

Advantageous

• Experience with LMS platforms.

• Website content management experience.

• Vyond or AI-assisted content creation tools.

• Training delivery or facilitation experience.

• Graphic design or multimedia portfolio.

Important Information

• Fixed-term contract, renewable after 1 year

• Full-time position based in Colombo

• Travel may be required from time to time

• This position is best suited for early-career professionals looking to grow in digital learning, training technology, instructional design, or learning operations
