About the role

Wonderspire is an education technology company building a learning and parenting ecosystem for children and families.

We are looking for Digital Learning Associates to join us in shaping future generation.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates who enjoy teaching student, technology, digital skills, and learning content development.

You will be involved in teaching and supporting students in foundational digital subjects such as computer literacy, programming foundation, digital creativity, and technology awareness, while also helping the team improve digital learning materials.

Key responsibilities

• Teach students basic computer literacy and digital skills
• Conduct beginner-level programming and coding activities
• Guide students through structured digital projects and hands-on activities
• Support online and physical learning sessions
• Help prepare lesson plans, slides, worksheets, quizzes and activity materials
• Assist in developing and improving digital learning modules
• Support student progress tracking and learning feedback
• Work with the creative and academic team to make lessons more engaging
• Use AI tools to assist lesson preparation, research, activities and teaching materials

About you

• Enjoys teaching and communicating with children or teenagers
• Has basic understanding of computers, digital tools or programming
• Can explain technical ideas in a simple and engaging way
• Is confident speaking in front of students
• Has good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Is comfortable using AI and digital productivity tools
• Is patient, responsible and willing to learn
• Relevant backgrounds may include: Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Multimedia, Education, TESL, STEM, Instructional Technology, Engineering or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Scratch, block coding, Python, HTML/CSS, Canva, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace will be an advantage.
