Digital Learning Content Writer

As a Content Writer, you’ll play a key role in shaping engaging, high-impact learning experiences for major clients across a wide range of industries.

You’ll collaborate closely with our project managers and creative teams to research, plan and develop scripts and storyboards for digital learning resources.

Who are we looking for?

We’re after someone with curiosity, empathy and a knack for clear communication. You’ll enjoy researching, analysing and translating complex topics into accessible, engaging content.

Direct experience with digital learning or storyboarding isn’t essential — what matters most is your ability to write with clarity and creativity. A background or interest in digital media, behavioural science or copywriting would be a real bonus.

• To have a relevant degree
• Good copywriting and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• To be able to assess and structure complex information.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others.

Skills we'll help you to develop include:

• Using Generative AI tools for research and editing.
• Instructional design principles (LXD) and learning theory.
• Visual design principles (including layout & visual hierarchy).
• General understanding of web and authoring technologies.
• Application of accessibility standards.

All of our team work from a single location, our beautiful office in Harewood. A permanent office presence is required throughout your probation period, after which hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
