The Wienerberger Group is one of the leading international providers of innovative and sustainable solutions for the entire building envelope and infrastructure sector, covering new construction, renovation projects, as well as water and energy management infrastructure.

Its Hungarian subsidiary, Wienerberger Zrt., one of Hungary’s leading manufacturers in the building materials industry, is looking for a Digital Learning Project Manager to join its headquarters in Budapest.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Technology & Platform Management:

• Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for MyHR Learning (Cornerstone).
• Manage platform administration, governance, structure, and continuous improvement.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
• Coordinate new functionality deployments, upgrades, testing, and releases.
• Create and maintain system documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Train and support Country HR teams and Learning Key Users.

Digital Learning Design & Content Creation

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and capability gaps.
• Design digital learning solutions from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation.

Content Development

• Create engaging digital learning content
• Coordinate translation and localization for global deployment.
• Support leadership, people manager, compliance, safety, and functional learning initiatives.

AI & Learning Innovation

• Act as an internal advocate for AI-enabled learning and content creation.
• Establish best practices for the responsible use of AI in learning development.
• Help modernize the Group's digital learning approach through technology-enabled innovation.

Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead global digital learning projects in a decentralized international environment.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and Key Users.
• Deliver projects from concept through implementation and measurement.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Learning & Development, HR, Educational Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years' experience in digital learning, learning technologies, LMS administration, or learning project management.
• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS.
• Experience acting as a platform owner, super user, or lead administrator of a learning system.
• Proven experience designing and developing digital learning content.
• Experience using authoring tools such as Easygenerator, Articulate, Rise, Storyline, or similar solutions.
• Experience managing learning projects across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Experience working in a decentralized international organization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and emerging learning technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to operate across both technical and business topics.
• Fluent English (written and spoken, C1 minimum).
• Knowledge of SCORM and digital learning standards.
• Experience working with remote teams
