Digital Learning Specialist

About the role

The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital learning strategies and initiatives that support business goals and enhance learning experiences across Minor Group. This role focuses on designing engaging digital learning solutions, managing learning technologies, and driving innovation in learning delivery and knowledge management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the digital learning infrastructure and platforms required to deliver learning content effectively across the organization
• Design, create, and implement blended learning solutions in collaboration with curriculum team members, subject matter experts, web developers, and HRIT professionals
• Produce engaging learning solutions including Virtual Classrooms, Learning Videos, Animated Content, MOOCs, Learning Applications, and Mobile Learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure eLearning solutions are delivered efficiently and aligned with business needs
• Promote self-learning culture through internal communication channels and digital learning campaigns
• Maintain and administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
• Monitor online learning assignments, training completion, and training records
• Review and update digital learning materials and documentation regularly to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Implement and manage online course development processes and quality assurance reviews
• Identify and recommend emerging learning technologies and innovative digital learning trends

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in learning technology, instructional design, training methodologies, or blended learning solutions
• Proven track record in designing and developing digital and blended learning solutions that drive performance improvement
• Experience working with LMS and LCMS platforms, including understanding of eLearning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and Articulate
• Hands-on experience with authoring tools and multimedia applications such as Articulate 360, Adobe tools, animation software, and AI-enabled learning tools
• Strong understanding of digital learning technologies and eLearning technical standards
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and instructional skills in both Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Creative, innovative, flexible, and adaptable mindset in a fast-changing environment
