Digital Manager

• Working location: 369B-369C Le Quang Dinh Street, Networld Asia Building, 05 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: Monday to Friday, 8h30 AM - 6h00 PM (including 1,5 hours for lunch break)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate campaigns, join brainstorming and planning from the big picture stage through execution and final analysis and reporting;
• Responsible for digital media activities: plans and costings, KPI setting, account queries, and liaises with agency partners and suppliers – hands-on negotiation and communication with suppliers;
• Able to sift through available research on consumer digital media behavior and come up with insights and recommendations for the internal team.
• Responsible for managing all media planning and reporting digital activities for clients.
• Maintain good relationships with digital media partners;
• Coach and inspire Digital Planners and Executives through campaign strategy sessions;
• Oversee and monitor all digital media activities done by agency partners and suppliers including booking and loading media following the approved digital media plan, providing instruction and supervision as needed to meet required KPIs with optimized spending.
• Final review of all digital tracking and reporting reports prior to sending out to relevant parties;
• Analyze agency partners and publishers for performance and pricing, analyze Vietnam Publishers and recommend new Publishers to engage with, and coordinate Publisher engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in agency environment, proven experience in the same role;
• Excellent English communication skill;
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, E-com, Programmatic DV360 and other Digital media platforms;
• Working directly with Meta, Google, TikTok and other publishers;
• Experience with managing cross-functional teams is an advantage;
• Presentation skills;
