AdGarlic Inc. is looking for a Digital Manager who combines strong digital marketing knowledge, data analytics, and strategic thinking.

This role will lead digital campaigns and social media initiatives, monitor and interpret performance data, manage community engagement, and turn insights into clear recommendations and compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who understands digital inside and out—from campaign strategy and platform performance to audience behavior, trends, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Analyze performance data and provide clear recommendations.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Execute social media strategy and community management.
• Monitor digital trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Creative and Accounts teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, digital campaign management, or social media.
• Strong data analytics, performance reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and creating data-driven reports and presentations.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, audience insights, and community management.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or similar tools. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
