About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join the marketing team at EA Holidays Travel & Tours. This is a full-time position based in Cheras Kuala Lumpur, where you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that enhance our brand presence, attract new customers, and nurture existing relationships through targeted direct marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. This role is integral to our business growth and will directly impact our ability to connect with travellers across Asia and beyond.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, search engines and display networks
• Manage and optimise CRM platforms to segment customer data, personalise communications and track customer interactions
• Create compelling content and marketing materials tailored to different customer segments and demographics
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics including conversion rates, ROI, and customer engagement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the travel industry
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product and creative to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimise budgets to maximise return on investment
• Build and maintain email marketing programmes, including list management, A/B testing and automation workflows
• Develop customer retention strategies and implement loyalty programmes through direct marketing channels
• Stay updated on industry best practices and digital marketing tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Diploma Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
• 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with specific focus on direct marketing and CRM
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Demonstrated expertise in email marketing, campaign management and customer segmentation
• Solid understanding of analytics, data interpretation and experience with tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience with paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other social media advertising channels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing copy
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools is advantageous
• Knowledge of the travel industry or e-commerce sector is preferred
• Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset
