Digital Marketer

About the role

This role involves managing and growing an online community platform, primarily through Telegram, while responding to customer inquiries across multiple social media channels. You will be responsible for daily content creation, community engagement, performance tracking, and ensuring a positive environment for members.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and messages from customers and potential clients on online platforms (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram) promptly and professionally
• Manage and grow the online platform (Telegram group) by engaging with members, sharing relevant content, and encouraging discussions
• Conduct daily postings and updates on the Telegram group, ensuring that content is engaging and informative
• Monitor group activity and maintain a positive and respectful environment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared in the group
• Track and report on the performance of the Telegram group, including engagement metrics and feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to increase group membership and engagement
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in social media and Telegram marketing

About you

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of Telegram as a platform, including its features and functionalities
• Experience in social media marketing or community management is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content
• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
