We are looking for a Performance Marketing & WordPress Executive to support our digital growth initiatives and outreach efforts.

Role Overview

This is an execution-focused role. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement campaigns, manage websites, improve SEO, support paid advertising efforts, and assist with institutional outreach.

This is NOT a content creation or social media management role.

ResponsibilitiesWebsite & WordPress Management

• Manage and update WordPress websites
• Maintain WooCommerce products and pages
• Create and update landing pages
• Install and configure plugins when required
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate fixes
• Monitor website performance and user experience

SEO

• Conduct keyword research
• Optimize pages, products, and blog posts
• Write and update SEO titles, meta descriptions, and schema
• Implement internal linking strategies
• Monitor Google Search Console performance
• Support technical SEO improvements

Paid Advertising

• Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns
• Support LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations
• Help improve conversion tracking and attribution

Analytics & Tracking

• Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
• Prepare performance reports and insights

College & Institutional Outreach

• Research colleges, educational institutions, and organizations
• Make outreach calls to introduce workshops, training programs, and speaking sessions
• Follow up with interested contacts
• Maintain outreach records and communication logs
• Coordinate meetings and discussions when required

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil

• AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude

Experience

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Candidates with practical experience in websites, SEO, and paid advertising are encouraged to apply
• If you are skilled but a fresher, freshers also can apply

This role does NOT involve:

• Social media posting
• Content creation

• Graphic design
• Managing Instagram or YouTube accounts
