About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Digital Marketer to join our team! If you have a strong creative mindset, a keen eye for aesthetics, and are always ready to design stunning visuals on Canva, this role is for you. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching campaigns, managing our online presence, and bringing our brand's story to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Create: Use Canva to design highly engaging, modern, and professional visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, email newsletters, and website content.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Content Management: Brainstorm, plan, and schedule a content calendar that aligns with our brand's goals and marketing trends.
• Campaign Execution: Run and optimize digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they hit the target audience effectively.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of social media metrics and campaigns to continuously improve engagement and reach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
• Strong Canva Skills: Must be highly proficient in Canva and ready to jump in and design from day one. (Knowledge of other design tools is a bonus!)
• Creative Mindset: You think outside the box, stay updated on the latest social media trends, and know what visually captures an audience's attention.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for writing captions and ad copy).
• A proactive attitude and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
