Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels.
• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Manage website content using WordPress and content management systems, ensuring updates are timely and aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging content including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite, and content creation for blogs, social media, email marketing, and landing pages.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization techniques.
• Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to generate detailed reports on campaign performance and user behavior.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in website management using WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus.
• Skilled in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), and social media management.
• Experience with web analytics reporting via Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to measure campaign success.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaign management across multiple channels with a focus on performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze data for insights that inform strategy adjustments; strong skills in marketing analytics are essential.
• Technical proficiency in website tracking tools like Google Tag Manager; understanding of e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for B2B or B2C audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20,600.00 - $42,200.00 per year
