About the Role

Gabete is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across relevant platforms.
• Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.
• Create engaging marketing content that aligns with the company's objectives.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate leads and attract potential clients.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the business development and creative teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Track and report on key digital marketing performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Good understanding of social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance analytics.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.

What We Offer

• Monthly salary of ₦150,000.
• A four-day workweek, Monday to Thursday.
