Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates
• Manage and grow social media platforms with strategic content planning
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for ad creatives
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Track key metrics such as ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversions
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory)
• Understanding of lead generation strategies
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads will be an added advantage
