Digital marketer / content creator

About the role

This is a content creation role focused on producing engaging short-form videos for social media platforms. You will travel between our branches in Seremban and Bangi to film daily content, manage end-to-end video production, and collaborate with our marketing team to create high-converting social media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Travel between branches (Seremban & Bangi) to film daily short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels
• Plan content hooks, write simple scripts, and direct in-house optometrists and staff on camera
• Film high-quality footage and perform short-form editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, and other editing tools
• Ideate creative ways to highlight eye care solutions, myopia management for kids, digital eye strain treatments, and patient experience
• Write catchy captions, stay updated on viral social media trends, and choose trending audio
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
• Work directly with the Managing Director to provide raw video assets for high-converting paid social ads

About you

• Strong portfolio or link to a TikTok/Instagram account demonstrating engaging short-form video editing and production
• Proficient in mobile video production (iPhone/gimbal setup), basic lighting, and wireless mic audio setups
• Proficient in mobile and desktop editing apps (CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Must possess own transport and be willing to commute regularly between branches in Seremban and Bangi
• Confident, energetic, creative, and proactive in encouraging staff and willing patients to participate on camera
• Conversational fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin fluency is an added advantage)
• Fresh graduates with an outstanding personal TikTok/Reels portfolio or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in content creation/social media
