Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies using advanced SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Manage website content and updates through content management systems like WordPress, ensuring site optimization for performance and user experience.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web analytics reporting, and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Create compelling content for blogs, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and conversion optimization techniques to enhance lead generation efforts.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, and social media advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging graphics using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for digital ads and content assets.
• Implement tracking tags via Google Tag Manager and ensure proper website management for seamless campaign tracking and performance measurement.
• Support e-commerce initiatives by managing product listings, promotional campaigns, and analyzing sales data to inform marketing decisions.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, paid advertising campaign management, and web analytics reporting.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms.
• Technical skills including familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website management and campaign setup.
• Strong content creation skills with experience in copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite), and social media management across multiple platforms.
• Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms is essential.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and performance marketing techniques to optimize ROI on digital campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
• Prior experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
