Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition, and maximizing marketing ROI across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across

Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube

, and other relevant platforms.

Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Develop and execute email marketing, CRM, and customer retention campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance using tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

, and other marketing platforms.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, leads, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

Collaborate with sales, design, content, product, and business development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Manage external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and digital marketing partners when required.

Lead and mentor digital marketing team members to achieve departmental goals.

Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, algorithms, and industry best practices.

Continuously test and optimize campaigns, creative assets, audiences, and marketing channels to improve performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications

, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience

in digital marketing, with proven experience managing digital campaigns and marketing strategies.

Strong knowledge of

SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics

.

Hands-on experience with platforms such as

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console

, and social media platforms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.

Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver measurable business results.

Excellent analytical, strategic, communication, and project management skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage internal teams and external partners.

Creative, proactive, and commercially minded with a strong understanding of customer behavior.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
