Join our growing security services company!

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Sales & Telemarketers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our security services.
• Follow up with customers and generate new sales leads.
• Arrange appointments and meetings with potential clients.
• Promote services such as security guards, security systems, CCTV, and other security solutions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on quotations and sales enquiries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new potential clients through online and offline channels.
• Conduct lead generation and build a database of potential clients.
• Perform cold calling, telemarketing and WhatsApp outreach to potential clients.
• Promote the company's products/services through social media, digital platforms and other marketing channels.
• Create and post engaging marketing content, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into appointments, enquiries and sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals or other sales materials when required.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads until successful conversion or closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
• Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular reports on leads, client follow-ups, sales activities and results.
• Manage TARGET SALES, PRE SALES, LEGAL, AFTER SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

✅ Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented, hardworking, and positive attitude.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an advantage.
