About the role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Ad Sales Manager to drive new business growth by selling agency digital marketing services. You will pitch comprehensive performance marketing solutions—spanning Google SEM, Meta, and Firebase App Install campaigns—to prospective clients
Key responsibilities
Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities for agency digital marketing services
Present tailored digital marketing proposals covering Google SEM, Meta, and Firebase App Install campaign strategies
Manage client negotiations, proposal decks, and deal sign-offs to meet monthly sales quotas
About you
- Proven Ad Sales experience specifically selling digital marketing agency services (SEM, Paid Social, App Growth Solutions)
- Basic Chinese speaking ability to pitch, negotiate, and work directly with some China clients
- Working knowledge of performance products, including Google SEM, Meta Ads, and Firebase App Install campaigns
