Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across marketplaces and performance channels.
• Own campaign planning, execution, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and category research.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve ROAS and overall performance.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate key insights to clients.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and marketplace teams for campaign execution.
• Manage multiple client accounts and support trainees working on assigned accounts
• 12 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace, Google, or Meta advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS.
• Good client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience with e-commerce/D2C brands and AI tools is a plus.
