Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Overview,

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst & Content Creator to manage our digital marketing activities and create engaging content for our interior design business. The candidate should be skilled in social media content creation, video reels, digital advertising, and campaign performance analysis to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook videos showcasing interior design projects.
• Design social media creatives, posters, carousels, and promotional content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and content calendars.
• Coordinate with interior designers and site teams to collect project photos and videos.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and videos consistently.
• Respond to comments and coordinate with the team on customer inquiries.
• Follow social media trends and create relevant content to increase engagement and reach.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

3. Lead Generation & SEO

• Plan and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Generate leads for residential interiors, commercial interiors, modular kitchens, and renovation projects.
• Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and other analytics tools.
• Off page and On- Page SEO, Back links, Website audit and other SEO activites

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze social media reach, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements.
• Track marketing leads and coordinate with the sales team to assess lead quality.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media content creation.
• Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and lead generation.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Creative thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site for interior project shoots when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or home improvement is preferred.
• A portfolio of reels, videos, social media creatives, or previous marketing campaigns is an advantage.
