Digital Marketing & PPC Specialist

Job Summary

Role Type: Digital Marketing & PPC Specialist. This is a technical, performance-driven role, not a creative or social media management position.

Core Focus: Build, manage, and scale paid Google Ads (Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max) and Meta Ads to generate qualified real estate leads.

Tracking & Analytics: Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixels, and custom conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution.

CRM & Automation: Connect lead forms to our CRM using Zapier or APIs for instant lead routing and auto-responders.

Conversion Optimization: Build and A/B test high-converting landing pages and lead generation forms.

Data & Reporting: Create automated dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) to track cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other conversion metrics.

Key Experience Required: 3-5+ years of experience in technical paid media management, direct-response advertising, and advanced data analytics.

Application Requirement: Candidates must provide examples of past PPC campaigns they personally built, scaled, and optimized, including proven ROI metrics.

Pay: $52,700.00 - $63,600.00 per year
