Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media management, content creation, online advertising, and lead generation.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns, enhancing the company's online presence, engaging with the target audience, and contributing to business growth through effective digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, captions, creatives, and promotional materials for social media and digital campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Assist in SEO activities, keyword research, website optimization, and online visibility improvement.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to develop marketing materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer inquiries.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and research current digital marketing trends.
• Support email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other online promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Excellent written communication and creative content development skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for interior designing firm.
• Knowledge of website content management and basic WordPress operations.
• Experience in creating marketing creatives, reels, and promotional content.
• A degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
