Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, captions, videos, and promotional materials.

Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct market research and analyze current digital trends, competitors, and audience behavior.

Optimize website and social media performance through SEO, analytics, and content strategies.

Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other online promotions.

Track, analyze, and prepare reports on campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.

Coordinate with internal departments, creatives, and external partners for marketing activities and campaigns.

Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and online activations.

Ensure all digital content follows company branding guidelines and standards.

Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management.
