Digital Marketing

Bayut constructions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to build our online presence, generate leads, and showcase our construction projects to prospective clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta) targeting homeowners, developers, or commercial clients
• Manage social media accounts, showcasing project photos, videos, and before/after content
• Write and manage blog content, case studies, and project spotlights
• Manage email campaigns for leads, past clients, and referral partners
• Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics (cost per lead, conversion rate)
• Coordinate with project managers/field teams to gather content (photos, videos, testimonials)
• Manage online reviews and reputation (Google, Yelp, Houzz, etc.)
• Support trade show, sponsorship, and local marketing efforts

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social platforms
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Familiarity with CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
