Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives

Role: Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for digital marketing services including SEO, social media marketing, Google/Meta advertising, website development and related digital services.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, business directories and other prospecting channels.

Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp/email outreach and follow-ups.

Understand prospects' current marketing requirements and pain points.

Explain the company's digital marketing services clearly to business owners and decision-makers.

Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings.

Maintain a daily prospecting and follow-up pipeline in CRM/Google Sheets.

Prepare or coordinate proposals with the digital marketing team.

Follow up consistently until the opportunity is closed or disqualified.

Work toward monthly meeting, pipeline and revenue targets.

Coordinate with the delivery team after client on boarding.

Required skills: Good English communication, confidence speaking with business owners, basic understanding of SEO/social media/Google Ads/Meta Ads, LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling and follow-up discipline. CRM experience is useful but not mandatory.
