Digital Marketing

About the role

This position is responsible for managing the company's digital marketing activities, handling leads and customers responsively as a Customer Service function, and managing the company's social media to increase engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Run and manage digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other digital platforms
• Create and optimize campaigns based on target audience and company objectives
• Conduct testing on audience, creative, copywriting, placement, and campaign strategy
• Handle leads from digital advertising, social media, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly, friendly, informatively, and professionally
• Perform structured follow-up on leads until reaching the conversion stage
• Identify customer needs and characteristics to provide appropriate responses
• Manage company social media accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Collect and analyze data from digital ads, CRM, and social media
• Analyze customer behavior and lead patterns to help determine marketing strategy

About you

• Minimum Senior High School education, open to majors in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Experience or understanding of Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and Social Media Management
• Understanding of digital advertising basics and campaign optimization
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers professionally
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Able to perform consistent lead follow-up
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other digital platforms
• Experienced in using Google Sheets/Excel to process and monitor data
