What You'll Do Using our marketing frameworks and campaign goals, you will execute our global digital outreach and lead generation strategies. Key duties include:

• Creating, scheduling, and managing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Setting up and optimizing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated lead nurtures.
• Monitoring basic SEO performance, running organic traffic initiatives, and supporting paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Tracking key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) and turning marketing analytics into actionable campaign tweaks.
• Communicating Acumen Agency’s vision, services, and client success stories through engaging copywriting and basic digital graphics.
• Partnering with sales and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with recruitment and business development targets.

• Core Skills: Strong short-form copywriting, familiarity with social media management tools, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva/Adobe), and comfort analyzing data.
• Experience: Backgrounds in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, communications, or media production are a strong plus.

Job Details & Compensation

• Pay: $38,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)
• Work Location: Remote
