About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who can manage day-to-day communication with existing and potential clients while also taking ownership of the digital presence of MasthMysore, our Mysuru-focused digital media platform.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, creative, and comfortable handling clients, coordinating campaigns, and managing social media content from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients and POC clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for execution.
• Follow up with clients for content, creatives, approvals, payments, and campaign requirements.
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant digital marketing and promotional services.
• Prepare campaign briefs and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

MasthMysore Social Media Management

• Manage the day-to-day social media presence of MasthMysore across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and coordinate content around Mysuru events, businesses, food, lifestyle, culture, entertainment, and local news.
• Create content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
• Write captions, post copy, headlines, and promotional content.
• Track trends, local happenings, and opportunities for engaging content.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.

Digital Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate social media campaigns and paid promotions for clients.
• Work with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate updates to clients.
• Stay updated with social media trends, digital marketing tools, and platform changes.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, client servicing, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to write clear and engaging social media copy.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Mysuru and its local ecosystem will be an added advantage.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone who can talk to a client in the morning, coordinate a campaign by afternoon, and spot a great Mysuru story by evening.

Pay: ₹12,302.48 - ₹33,416.33 per month
