Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This role encompasses social media management, e-commerce platform operations, brand marketing and campaigns, and short video marketing. You will manage and grow company social media platforms, operate and manage e-commerce seller centers, assist in planning and executing online campaigns, and develop short video content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media platforms including Facebook and XHS
• Operate and manage Shopee and Lazada Seller Centers including product uploads, content optimization, and campaign settings
• Maintain and update product listings with accurate descriptions, attractive images, and consistent brand layout
• Handle customer enquiries, messages, and feedback professionally and promptly
• Coordinate logistics arrangement for online orders to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales data and market trends, and collaborate with the team to adjust marketing and pricing strategies
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, festive promotions, and special events
• Plan and develop short video content with engaging concepts and storylines
• Involve in video production, editing, and post-production to create appealing content
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility
