What they need
About Nature Baby Nature Baby is one of New Zealand's most loved baby and children's brands, known for beautifully considered, natural products for the earliest years of life. We're a small, close-knit team with big creative ambitions — and as the brand grows, we're looking for someone who can help bring our digital presence to life with warmth, energy and care.
The Role
We're looking for a NZ-based Digital Marketing Coordinator/Content Creator to join our Growth & Digital team. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who genuinely loves the world of babies and parenting, is confident being the face of our brand on camera and brings both organisation and creative flair to everything they touch. At the heart of the role is keeping our paid ads and content marketing engine running — our Asana project boards, ad planning documents and content calendar — across NZ, AU and our growing USA market, including a high-volume trial reel pipeline to test what resonates with US audiences. Alongside this, you'll lend a design eye to simple graphics and homepage updates and support our content output day to day — working closely with, and under the creative direction of, our Content & Social Media Specialist and our Graphic Designer.
What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day running of our Asana paid ads and content calendar — keeping campaigns, launches and content tasks organised and on schedule across NZ, AU and USA. Collaborating with briefing our design teams with our Assistant Marketing Manager – depending on deliverables required.
Maintain and update our ad planning documents, asset banks, and naming conventions (Google Sheets) so every campaign is trackable, consistent and easy for the wider team to follow. Direct the media buyers.
Write copy and performance driven hooks following our organic/paid social strategy. Contribute to ideas for the seasonal launches and sales.
Drive a high-volume trial reel pipeline for the USA market — turning around a steady stream of test content quickly to find what performs, not just polished one-off pieces
Plan, film and edit face-to-camera content for Instagram, TikTok and Reels — product features, behind-the-scenes, and brand storytelling – under direction from our Head of Digital & Growth, Head of Brand & Marketing and Content & Social Media Specialist as required.
Support the day-to-day running of paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager), including trafficking, monitoring and basic reporting • Create simple, on-brand graphics for paid ads and assist with landing, collection and homepage refreshes in Canva, guided by our Graphic Designer
Support our Content & Social Media Specialist with shoots, paid campaign rollout and content production logistics as required
Coordinate the practical side of our paid content — samples, props, shoot schedules and briefs • Keep an eye on platform and parenting-content trends relevant to our audience
What You'll Bring
Confident running project management tools like Asana to keep a busy, multi-market content and campaign calendar on track
Comfortable working at pace across multiple markets (NZ, AU, USA) — happy testing and producing high volumes of trial content, especially reels, rather than only polished one-off pieces
2+ years' experience in a digital marketing, social media or content coordinator role — ideally within retail, ecommerce or a lifestyle brand
Genuine confidence and warmth on camera — face-to-camera content is a core part of this role • A real connection to the world of babies, parenting or family life
Working knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager essential; Google or TikTok Ads a bonus)
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle several content and campaign workstreams at once
Design flair and hands-on comfort with Canva or similar tools, with an eye for what feels “Nature Baby”
Excellent written communication and a collaborative approach to taking creative direction Nice to Have • Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform
Basic photography or videography skills (own equipment a bonus) • Previous experience in the baby, children's or parenting category
GA4, Google search, analytics experience.
