Maker-Mart is the Thailand branch of a well-established building materials trading company representing many global brands. We specialize in premium products for the decoration, interior, carpentry, and furniture industries, sourced from suppliers around the world.

We serve both DIY and professional customers through our online and showroom sales channels. As a knowledge-based selling company, we value employees who are willing and able to develop strong technical product knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information.
• Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales activities to increase online revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and after-sales support across online channels.
• Create basic promotional materials and social media content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness and increase online sales.
• Monitor and improve e-commerce performance through SEO, analytics, and marketplace optimization.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, platform updates, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices.
• Continuously develop product and technical knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company e-commerce websites.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, and online marketplace management.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and online advertising such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar graphic design software.
• Good understanding of SEO, e-commerce analytics, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to learn technical product knowledge.
• Experience in building materials, home improvement, furniture, interior design, or construction is an advantage.
