Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute and manage social media; digital marketing strategies and objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to keep abreast of market trend
• Maintain daily operations for social media channels on content planning, monitoring, and reporting, esp. Meta / Google / Wordpress / Shopify
• Review and analyses performance to maximize campaign performance
• Prepare report of social media marketing performance, sales/conversion performance, track and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI
• General digital marketing activities and other offline marketing materials as required by business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Creative, or any related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, community engagement or online campaign management
• Wordpress and Shopify experiences a plus
• Skincare, beauty, healthcare, FMCG industry experience preferred
• Experience in Chinese social media channels (Wechat/ Xiaohongshu/ Dianping/ Douyin) is an advantage
• Self-starter, interested in exploring digital and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge in website analytics tools
• Proactive with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
