Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms by creating engaging content.
• Design marketing creatives such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, and social media posts using Canva or similar tools.
• Execute SEO activities, website content updates, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Support lead generation and employer branding initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1- 3 year of experience in Digital Marketing (internship experience is also considered).
• Good understanding of social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Google Analytics or Power BI is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.
