Digital Marketing Executive / 數碼市場推廣主任

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our brand, generate quality leads, and connect with students and parents through effective digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
策劃、投放、管理及優化 Meta、Google、Instagram、YouTube、小紅書及其他相關平台的付費廣告活動。
• Develop creative campaign ideas, including advertising concepts, promotion themes, content angles, and lead-generation initiatives.
構思具創意的推廣活動，包括廣告概念、宣傳主題、內容方向及客戶查詢增長方案。
• Work with the team to create marketing materials such as ad copy, short-form videos, visuals, landing pages, EDMs, and social-media posts.
與團隊合作製作不同市場推廣素材，包括廣告文案、短片、視覺設計、登陸頁面、電郵推廣內容及社交媒體帖文。
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and improve results based on cost per lead, conversion rate, return on ad spend, enquiries, and enrolments.監察推廣活動表現、分析數據，並根據每個查詢成本、轉換率、廣告回報率、查詢數量及報讀情況持續優化成效
• Research competitor activities, parent and student behaviour, and education-market trends to identify new opportunities.
研究競爭對手的推廣活動、家長及學生的行為，以及教育市場趨勢，發掘新的市場機會
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
定期準備市場推廣成效報告，並提出清晰、具實際可行性的優化建議。

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, or lead generation.
具至少兩年數碼市場推廣、成效營銷、社交媒體推廣或客戶開發經驗。
• Strong practical experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads; experience with TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, SEO, or CRM is an advantage.
熟悉 Meta Ads 及 Google Ads 的實際操作；具 TikTok、小紅書、YouTube、SEO 或 CRM 經驗者優先。
• Able to think creatively and independently—not only execute instructions, but also propose campaign ideas and test new approaches. 具獨立思考及創意能力，不只按指示執行工作，亦能主動提出推廣構思及測試新方法。
• Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Chinese; Cantonese is essential.
具良好的中英文文案寫作及溝通能力，必須能操流利廣東話
• An opportunity to shape the marketing direction of an established and growing education brand.

• Comfortable with marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, tracking pixels, conversion events, and reporting.
熟悉市場推廣數據分析工具，包括 Google Analytics、Meta Ads Manager、追蹤像素、轉換事件設定及成效報告。
• Basic design or video-editing capability using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is preferred.
懂得使用 Canva、CapCut、Adobe Creative Suite 或其他相關工具製作基本設計及剪輯短片者優先。
• Responsible, data-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.

Working days: 5 days per week (9am-6pm/ 10am-7pm) （1小時膳食時間）

Remuneration: $23,000 - $28,000/mth
