Role & responsibilities

• Master access and credential holder for all digital platforms and tools.
• Manage and monitor chatbots
• Coordinate with SEO agency for optimisation and performance tracking
• Update new branch locations on Google Maps.
• Coordinate with agencies related to paid promotion
• Coordinate marketing activities related to the mobile application.
• Support campaign promotions and user engagement initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools
• Experience in agency coordination and vendor management
• Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and automation tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
