About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Potafo.

You’ll work across digital channels to strengthen our online presence, execute campaigns, engage our audience, and support customer acquisition and brand growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining content, social media, paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, publishing, engagement, and campaign coordination.
• Support and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve reach, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Coordinate with content, design, and creative teams to develop engaging campaign creatives and communication.
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and key digital metrics using analytics and reporting tools.
• Identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, offers, and brand initiatives.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging digital trends and opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on campaign data.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and digital campaign execution.
• Basic to good understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, or similar marketing tools.
• Ability to understand campaign data and make performance-based recommendations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, content creators, and other internal teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
