Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage paid digital campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Handle the company's complete Social Media Marketing activities.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads and other relevant digital platforms.
• Create campaign briefs and coordinate with designers/content creators for creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, leads, conversions, ROI and other key metrics.
• Conduct audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.
• Manage social media pages and ensure regular and engaging content.
• Track leads and coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-customer conversion.
• Prepare regular Digital Marketing & Campaign Performance Reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, advertising policies and digital marketing practices.
• Take complete ownership of digital marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, BFSI, FinTech or Financial Services will be preferred.
• Should have independently managed digital campaigns rather than only assisting an agency/team.
• Should be comfortable working as a one-person digital marketing function.
• Strong ownership, creativity and result-oriented approach are essential.
