DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About the role

Fileforce has spent 20+ years managing records and information for our diverse range of clients. From physical to digital, scanning to archiving, AI-powered workflows to full-scale paperless transformation, we do it all. We're seeking self-starters to spread the word. This isn't a "post and pray" role. We've built the base, crafted the plan; can you make it work?

Key responsibilities

• Create clever content that conveys the right messages and aligns with what we do
• Execute and coordinate all marketing initiatives especially digital — LinkedIn, email (EDM), and Instagram/Facebook ads
• Turn clicks into real conversations — technology may be our game, but we deal with real people
• Watch the numbers, kill what flops, double down on what works
• Work with our Sales and Ops teams to convert leads into orders and deliver success

About you

• Can write a hook that stops the scroll
• Know your way around Meta Ads Manager (or learn fast and fearlessly)
• Are equal parts creative and data-smart
• Have knowledge of records and information management
• Want ownership, not a checklist — small team, big canvas
• Persistent, diligent and always on

Benefits

• A real seat at the table, a CEO who backs marketing, and the rare chance to build a company's whole digital presence from a running start — not inherit someone else's mess
