What You'll Do

As part of our Marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full digital marketing ecosystem.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and project teams to produce high-performing marketing campaigns.
• Research market trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and emerging opportunities.
• Test new creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and landing pages to improve campaign performance and conversions.
• Monitor and optimise website and landing page performance to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across our digital channels.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Explore new AI tools, digital trends, and marketing technologies that improve efficiency and results.
• Continuously look for better ways to generate leads, increase registrations, and improve marketing performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 🌱 Fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge conventional thinking.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A creative problem solver who enjoys experimenting and learning from data.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and write Traditional Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage, as you'll occasionally support marketing campaigns for our Taiwan market.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, marketing automation, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Experience with platforms such as ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar marketing tools is a bonus.
